Vanilla Ice was one of the earliest white rappers to attain major success. His stardom days may be over, but the rapper enjoys a healthier lifestyle and records more independent, rock-oriented music these days. Ray McRobbie was delighted to meet Vanilla Ice again, having booked the performer in Dubai in the early 1990s.
